My name is Atma Anand Tiwari, I am the owner of Photech Pro. I am a graphic designer & animator by profession and a photographer by passion. I am doing photography for last 3 years and still learning new techniques every day. Because I am a graphics designer that’s why I love to play with colors and same thing I do in my photographs during post-processing.
I started this blog in 2017 and doing continuous efforts to share my skills and knowledge about photography in this blog.
How do I get into photography?
Honestly, I was not passionate about photography from the beginning. I was interested in animation. So, in 2014 when I joined animation institute. At that time I was in love to make realistic 3d objects and render them. But I noticed that my 3d models are good but my renders didn’t look good or you can say was not beautiful. Then I looked some renders of 3d models on the internet and found one thing that was missing in mine, which was a depth of field.
So, I asked my teacher about how can I achieve a depth of field in my render. He told me that if you want a depth of field in your render, you should have a little knowledge about photography. I asked him how it is related to photography. He replied, having a knowledge of photography can help you if you want to achieve a better result. Because a depth of field is related to aperture or F-stop in camera. And how much shallow depth of field you want in your photo depends on what F-number you are using.
So, I went home and searched on google, read some blogs, watched some videos on youtube. And this was the first thing I have learned in photography. Below is the first render I did after learning about aperture.
But that was the beginning because my interest in photography started to increase. So, I kept reading blogs about photography. But as Reg Revans said, “There can be no learning without action, and no action without learning“. So I purchased my first DSLR camera and started exploring more in photography.
Why I started this Blog?
Since I was doing photography for so long and learned so many things from other photographer’s blog. So, my photography improved and because I am a graphics designer that’s why I have never faced any problem during post-processing of my photographs and photography became my addiction.
So, in 2017 I decided to start this blog to give all my knowledge about photography to the newbies through this blog.
